Certain information is collected directly from you. This includes the information that you share at the time of creating your account/profile on the Kineto platform. Other information that may be collected through your device and/or software applications include:

    • Collected through your device’s GPS signal and/or Wifi access points.
  • Device details:
    • Your device model, operating system, IP address and MAC address, device settings, and other details that are used while interacting with Kineto. Log-in information and search query history may also be collected, to ease user-experiences.
  • Information from third-party sources:
    • At the time of availing any service online (e.g., placing an online order), we collect information like billing address, payment mode information, name, contact details, and other pertinent info.

All information that we collect is with your prior and explicit consent. You can opt to not share such information at the point of collection. Doing so can, however, affect your ability / permission to use some of our services.

how do we keep your information secure?

Our data security infrastructure and data usage parameters are regularly updated, to eliminate chances of unauthorised third-party access. However, note that no digital interaction held over the World Wide Web can be completely secure. As such, we encourage you to review your account regularly, and contact us as soon as any suspicious activity is detected.


All data is encrypted and securely stored in our centralised server. You can, at any time, request access to the same, ask for alterations, and review how the information is being used. While we endeavour to serve all such requests, a nominal fee may be charged for the same. Also, such requests may be denied, if they are considered to be unreasonable and/or unduly repetitive.


Certain services, products and information may be provided to you via third-parties. Kineto does not take responsibility for the accuracy, quality and other parameters of such services.
